Most of the time we replace the front glass and the screen regardless if you choose front glass repair or the screen repair. If you can see that the price is the same for both, those will be replaced. If you can see different price for front glass and the screen, read the description carefully. However that only applies to older Samsung phones. On new mobile phones, every time we replace the whole front assembly (front glass / digitizer and the screen).

On average, customers leave on the same day whenever they come into EliteMobileRepairs for issues such as broken screens. More complex issues however may take more than 24 hours, if this is the case, EliteMobileRepairs will contact you to when the repair is ready.

We EliteMobileRepairs we can order in parts for any device you may need to get repaired. This means that a same day repair may not be available. For mainline and popular phones however such as Samsung Galaxies and iPhones, we always have components on hand.

If you have a water damage, there is no guarantee, the data can be retrieved but we do our best and we have a very high success rate.

We prefer to use our own replacement parts, the quality we know. Sometimes we may agree for the repair using your own parts. We will offer discounted price but no warranty and no responsibility if the part will cause any harm to your phone. Using your own parts within a repair also means that you will be exempt from our 12 month warranty after each repair.

At EliteMobileRepairs we offer a 12 month warranty to make sure that our service fulfils 100% of our promises in repairing devices. If damage is caused to the device due to physical or liquid damage unrelated to us, then unfortunately the item will not be within warranty. If the device however continues to not work shortly after coming to us, then we will fix the device again as it is within our 12 month warranty.
